Resumo

Este artigo discute e propõe alguns conceitos metodológicos sobre tradução do conhecimento para a formulação de políticas e processos de tomada de decisão, a evolução ao longo do tempo de alguns conceitos-chave, modelos e estratégias para facilitar estes processos. Aborda também a importância da implementação, das considerações sobre a equidade e da necessidade de monitoramento e avaliação desses cursos de ação.
