Abstract
This work discusses the different strategies built in network through horizontal cooperation adopted by the city of Diadema, to subsidize teams through the complexity that is giving the longitude of care to patients with suspicion/diagnosis of syphilis. Thus, the main objective is to support, enhance and standardize the assistance offered by the teams of basic attention to low-cost arrangements in the prevention, detection, treatment, monitoring, and combat the acquired syphilis in pregnant women and Congenital, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of health. The progress of the strategies used demonstrated positive impact regarding the tracking and treatment of syphilis in the municipality, in the medium term and with relatively low cost.
