Main objectives are to provide social interaction, stimulate the cognitive, ne motor coordination and proprioception of the participants, giving greater conditions to resume their occupational activities. The activities are performed in a group of 7 to 10 patients, with sequels post stroke, with autonomy of gait and balance, in a large room of the Family Health Unit of the municipality of Fernão, administered by a physiotherapist and a social educator, lasting of 1 hour weekly. In the group are developed global stretches, coordination exercises, play games, circuits and outdoor activities (walks). After starting the participation in the group the patients report the resumption of activities of their preference or discovery of new interests such as cooking, embroidering , painting, shing, walking and social interaction, thus improving the quality of life.
