Fortalecimento das ações de Atenção Básica e Vigilância em Saúde para implementação de linha de cuidado integral para a pessoa vítima de violência no território da Supervisão Técnica de Saúde de Ermelino Matarazzo

Abstract

According to Ministry of Health data, external causes are considered the third cause of death among children 0-9 years and over 50 years; rst cause among young people. Vigilance actions are essential to monitor and subsidize health care activities with the construction of effective public policies. The present study aimed to implement the comprehensive care line for the person victim of violence in the Technical Supervision of Ermelino Matarazzo, with the integration of the actions of the Health Surveillance and Basic Attention. With the actions developed and the strengthening of the service network, in 2017 we had a 60% increase in cases reported in relation to 2016, and 58% of the cases were notied by the BHUs and CAPS and 47% of the cases are under follow-up within the care line. The work allowed for greater integration between all the actors, with the implementation of a line of integral care for the person victim of violence and empowerment of the teams with strengthening of the multidisciplinary work.
