Projeto Agente Mirim contra Dengue com alunos do 1º ao 5º ano nas escolas municipais e particulares do município de Descalvado/SP

Abstract

Knowing the importance of dengue prevention, this project was developed with the intention of reach as many people as possible in the municipality of Descalvado. It was decided to approach the theme through the awareness and mobilization of children, public and private students, since these are the best and most effective disseminators of information. The actions in the schools began in the year 2015, unfolding in later years with complementary actions and is currently carried out at least once a year. This project was developed in partnership with NASF (Family Health Support Center), Epidemiological Surveillance, Vectors Control, Primary Care, Secretary of Education and PSE (Health at School Program), obtaining positive results, such as the reduction of breeding sites and cases of diseases related to Aedes Aegypti in the municipality
