Abstract
The National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices (PNPIC) has received significant incentives in the scope of Basic Health Care. The number of complementary practices has been expanded throughout the 11 years of the PNPIC’s creation. The present article reports an experience of the implementation of some of the practices, like, Acupuncture, Self-massage and Auriculotherapy in the Municipality of Mogi das Cruzes from 2016, contributing to the resolution in the system of Primary Care, especially in the demands related to mental health.
