Abstract

In November, 2013, the Supervision of Health Surveillance of Jaçanã, North Zone of São Paulo, requested a partnership with the mental health dialogue of Health Technical Supervision for the comprehensive care of the accumulator. It was initiated a working group with monthly meetings for discussion of cases and articulation of a local network with inter sectoral actions to prepare the care and protect the bearers of the hoarding disorder, as multidisciplinary care, home visits, exams, several referrals, courses and other.
