Abstract
In São Bernardo do Campo, the organization and development of the Primary Care Management is a shared task. To provide sustainability so the purposes can become reality, it was designed a Document that covers the municipal policy of the Primary Care and guides UBS managers and employees in the conduct of their work processes. The document aims at being a management tool for both the central level, as for the local management of UBS, teams and workers. It can be highlighted: how to carry out the registration and monitoring of families and methods of organization of the work process; importance of information systems; how to perform the monitoring of data; Host and the schedule as organizational strategy and expansion of the access. With this document, it is expected to strengthen the role of the Manager and to give support to its actions as manager, as well as to direct all network towards a common goal, since this impacts on the health disease process of the attended population.
