Abstract

Three decades ago, the COSEMS / SP congress became a meeting point for health managers and professionals in the state from São Paulo and from various regions of the country. Each year, numerous activities provide exchange of knowledge and contribute to the strengthening of municipal health management. The large public presence, around two thousand people per edition, reveals the dimension and prestige of the event, which requires boldness and commitment from COSEMS / SP to always offer a dynamic and enriching congress. Among the main activities made available is the Exhibition of Successful Experiences of the Municipalities, a space with prominence for initiatives that make the work of management concrete, demonstrate the effort and dedication of Health professionals and are fundamental and necessary for assistance to the population. The Mostra is an abundant universe of experiments in small, medium and medium-sized municipalities. and large, it brings together various areas of public health and encourages teams to qualify services, whether in care or management. With an average of 500 works registered per edition, the Exhibition achieved such notoriety that it started to be held annually, before biannually, starting in 2014, due to the great demand of the authors. The themes started to be debated in the rounds of conversations, boosting even more the interactivity between professionals from different regions. The final congratulation of the Mostra is a special moment in our Congresses,
as it is the delivery of the David Capistrano award to the 20 best experiences presented. The dedication is so great that in the last edition it was necessary
to increase the number of winners, given the excellence of the works presented.
As important as the space dedicated to Congresses, the promotion and dissemination of information is essential for capillarization, and realization of ideas that emerge for the qualification of the Unified Health System. The partnership with the Instituto de Saúde in this pu- The publication expresses its commitment and appreciation of experiences and ennobles the work of health teams across the state of São Paulo. To enable a permanent space for the dissemination of the successful experiences that won the David Capistrano award is a desire of the COSEMS / SP. The Institute of Health Bulletin, whose objective is to disseminate both scientific knowledge and reports of experiences in SUS, it converged with the managers' desires and allowed us to want this. More than reporting experiences, this number brings the tact and sensitivity
of those on the front line of SUS and has enormous potential for social transformation through Public Health.
