Abstract

Since 2013 the support of Education in the district Health has been monitoring the health professionals who carry out educational groups in the region as a policy tool for personnel training, humanizing care and appreciation of workers. Responding to the need to strengthen them, it was set up a cutout to enable stimulant exchanges between peers through the first Exhibition of Educational Practices in Health - Adult Health. To organize it, the rapporteurs of experiences and other strategic actors were actively involved, becoming a strong support network in the feasibility of necessary resources. 172 subscribers participated in 15 Simultaneous conversation circles in 5 attractions in the Talent Show and in the final Great Circle. The evaluations highlighted the frank success of the Show, from the point of view of the “climate” of the celebration, overcoming objectives and their institutionalization in the District calendar, indicating the second Show, focusing on Women’s Health in 2015
