Socialization and communication in the work environment

Abstract

Work environments have always been conducive to communication and socialization problems. in practices health, in addition
to routine, competition and power that normally occur among professionals of the same organization, there is the aggravating factor that the health work process takes place in a condition of sharing ourselves, the sense of our action and our hopes, while still providing more barriers in communication and interpersonal relationships.
