Abstract

When we thought of including in the program of the 1st Meeting State of Humanization a table of debatesthat could show the
experience of SES-SP in the of people who can be common characters of our daily lives, but which are not always adequately received in health services, we have chosen to give you the title Assistance to Special Users. We can consider that "special" are all people
who seek health units, but some are in situations that merited the creation of specialized services for your service. These are:
women and children victims of sexual violence, the elderly and dependents chemicals. The table was composed of the following representatives of guest services: Vânia de Azevedo Tardelli (Women's Health Reference Center / Pérola Hospital Byington - CRSM), Newton Alves
(Reference Center of Elderly Health - CRI) and Luizemir Volney Carvalho Lago (Reference Center for the Treatment of Alcohol, Tobacco and other Drugs – CRATOD). We present below a summary of the exhibition made by our guests, highlighting the most relevant topics.
