Abstract

Poor people and poverty are a difficult topic approach, either for its ability to produce in a abstract plane a sterile and vicious circle of impasses in the political, economic and sociological debate, whether for the exhaustion that is made explicit in its concreteness as phenomenon of the world, widespread and banal,
pointing increasingly towards a reality that is socially accepted and very close to immutable.
