Abstract

“The Worker Professionalization Project of the Nursing Area, PROFAE, aims to Development of Human Resources in the Health Area. Its goal is to ensure the technical training processes and professional education in health, with qualification and specialization of nursing professionals of level medium and higher, with a view to improving the quality of health services” (Conheça o PROFAE, 2000).
