Abstract
The ways in which the social and the economic, the political and cultural influence on the health of a population are multiple and differentiated, according to the nature of the socioeconomic conditions, the type of population, the notions of health and problems faced. in the case of black population, the environment, which excludes and denies the natural right of belonging, places it in conditions of greater vulnerability.References
