Abstract
The need to “humanize” health care within the scope of SUS is a recurring discussion in recent years old.Although there are several ways of looking at the meaning of humanization, it is certainly necessary to think that it will only occur with the change in the relationshipsinterpersonal relationships, especially among
workers in the health system and the population that uses the system.
