Abstract

In the clash of economic-political transformations from the 1980s onwards, in the context of world with the overflow of ideas neoliberalism and the advance of the globalization of capital and, internally with the resumption of the trail towards the democracy without adjectives and the airing of political institutions, there is a resurgence of equity issue on the agenda
and in the debate national level, and its emergence in the field of health.
