Abstract

Information is everyone's right and a duty of State. It is one of the foundations of the constitution of a democratic state and an essential element for the citizenship and its continuous improvement. Must be constructed and disseminated for the improvement of living conditions and health of the population. It is
difficult to conceive of the use and access to health information without the availability of databases
through the Internet and the tool TabWin in real time. The facilities that TabWin introduced made the
appropriation of data possible raw materials and the analysis of health information by the public health community.
