Abstract

The Municipality of Assis is located in the western region of State of São Paulo, 457 km from the capital. It is bounded to the north by Lutetia; to the south with Tarumã, to the east with Cruzália, Maracaí and
Paraguaçu Paulista. Its territorial area is 474 km2. The activities dominant economics are wheat, soybeans,
corn and sugarcane of sugar.
