The construction and consolidation of the SUS with management and responsibility

Abstract

The Unified Health System (SUS) completes, in 2023, 35 years of existence and, between maturity and resilience, writes its history as constitutional right foundation of the Brazilian population. A true living terrain of diverse actors that moves continuously over three and a half decades and faces the
challenges of making public health a of the greatest legacies to Brazilians, at a bold pace and challenging.
As a doctor, I literally say: without health, we are nothing. And through this responsibility which adjectives my personal and professional trajectory, I choose to talk about the place I occupy today,
as a manager municipality of a large municipality.
