Abstract
The Teto, Trampo e Tratamento (TTT) emerges as a political strategy of resistance in the complex reality of Cracolândia, where
institutional political dynamics deeply shape daily life. Inspired by the De Braços Abertos program, the TTT stands out as a territorialized care model, promoting stability and dignity for individuals living in the drug use scene. The project, which uses art as a tool for rebuilding self-esteem and strengthening bonds with beneficiaries, is structured in three fronts: housing, productive activities, and therapeutic care. While facing challenges such as state violence and police operations, the TTT persists as an example
of resistance and humanized care in Cracolândia.
