Abstract
This article’s underlying goal is to contribute for the refl ections towards the communicational processes for the workers of the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS - Brazilian Unifi ed Health System), specifi cally in regards to Humanization, being based on the author’s experience as participants in the implementation process of the (PNHAH - Domestic Humanization and Nosocomial Assistance) and the experience as researchers and consultants of health services for past few years. First, a synthetic review is performed on the offi cial documents regarding the PNHAH and the National Humanization Policy (PNH). Then, certain aspects regarding the problematic issues pertaining to the communication within the health services are approached. Subsequently, relate the communicative competence with the constitution and development of attitudes. Recommendations are spoken for the sensitization/qualifi cation processes of the workers who are part of SUS.
