Abstract
COAPES comprises a joint action of the Ministries of Health and Education to strengthen the actions of teaching-service-community integration. This work aims to present the experience of the municipality of Bragança Paulista as Coordinator of a Regional COAPES, composed of 05 municipalities and 05 educational institutions, from the description of its articulated construction, preliminary results and challenges for its consolidation. For its structuring was sought the democratic construction, aiming at transparency and meeting the demands presented. Among the preliminary results we can highlight: the formulation of unique projects, the organization of the service network and the structuring of structured training processes. The construction of the School Network in the SUS and for the SUS seeks to boost the teaching-service-community integration in the territories, whether in the technical training, undergraduate, residential and postgraduate programs in health.
