Abstract
This study evaluated the Professional Enhancement Program of the Health Institute based on the perception of the graduates from the years 2010 to 2016, considering their professional trajectory and their insertion in the labor market, through an evaluation study using qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection. The analysis of the material obtained based on the Content Analysis, regard to the qualitative dimension, and by the Frequency Analysis of the quantitative data. Among the results, we found its importance attributed by the graduates to the program in their professional training, due to the development of a critical view about the reality of the work environment and the skills to use important tools (such as evaluation tools) at professional practice in the field of Public Health. Still in relation to training, data point to necessity to review the curricula of health graduations regarding the teaching of SUS principles, its logic of organization and functioning.
