Abstract
Research by the National Council of Secretaries of Health (CONASS), 2003, shows that one of the main reasons fordissatisfaction among users of the Unified Health System Health (SUS) was related to the quality of care at reception
and long queues. World Search of Health of the World Health Organization, also held in 2003, shows that, despite the interviewees declare very dissatisfied with the health system (here considered both the public and the private), it was found that satisfaction with service is related the quality of treatment by professionals, the care received and the solution of the problem.
