Abstract

“People serving people”. This is the slogan of a simple restaurant in one of the cities of the great ABC (metropolitan region of São Paulo), where I had lunch yesterday... The slogan is everywhere: napkins,
trays, walls. And the most important: in people's heads... So much so that, at the slightest sign of discomfort of the client who is having lunch (and therefore taking some time out of your workday to settle down),
soon someone appears to serve him salt, provide more napkins, remove the tray, offer coffee or tea (free).
It is this spirit of service that usually makes a difference when we choose this one or that place to have lunch,
even if it is a restaurant for lunch on a daily basis, per kilo, as we usually say (self-service). Care and
attention always do difference...
