Abstract

The issue of unit sharing is discussed of health by different models of care, in the perception of users, from a case study of the Family Health Program (PSF) in the Municipality by Francisco Morato, São Paulo, Brazil. Were analysed the opinions of two groups of users, one inserted and another not inserted in the PSF, having as categories operational
access and completeness. For both groups, issues such as the delay in and in carrying out exams, the lack of referral formal and poor distribution of medicines still represent difficulties in the implementation of these principles in the
health unit. Aiming at a more effective performance of the PSF, some suggestions were made by users.
