Open Access

The Paulista Epidemiological Bulletin (BEPA) adopts the Open Access model, ensuring that all of its content is available free of charge, at no cost to users.

Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link the full texts of articles for any legal purpose, respecting the Creative Commons license adopted by the magazine.

This Open Access approach follows the guidelines of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Furthermore, BEPA meets the Open Access criteria established by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), providing immediate public access to its content, without embargo periods and without the need for registration by users.

It also operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International CC-BY license, allowing distribution, remixing and adaptation of the work, including commercially, as long as credit is given to the authors for the original creation.

All authors who publish in BEPA accept these publication terms, reinforcing the commitment to the open and collaborative dissemination of knowledge.
