Resumo
Foram encontrados muitos nematóides em uma pasta de tomate argentino. As autoridades sanitárias, tendo em consideração este fato, condenou o uso desta pasta. Um estudo comparativo desse nematóide com os vermes do vinagre, Turbatrix aceti, revelou que ele não pertence a essa espécie, mas ao gênero Panagrellus, espécies P. redivivus.
