Resumo
O presente trabalho estabelece técnica de doseamento de DL-lisina em preparações farmacêuticas ou dietéticas, onde também fazem parte da fórmula substâncias como: Cloridrato de buclisina, vitaminas A e do complexo B e D, triptofano, ácido glutâmico e Cloridrato de betaína. A técnica proposta não requer extração prévia da lisina, e utiliza o nitroprussiato de sódio e tetraborato de sódio, que reagem com o referido aminoácido, formando um composto colorido, com máximo de absorção em 545nm.
