Abstract
The author makes general considerations on the hepatitis, including on the classification of clinical forms as well as a critical study of the nomenclature in use. A study is also made of the fulminant form and of the differential diagnosis with hepatites which also provoke liver necrosis. The chemical changes in blood and urine brought by liver necrosis are pointed out.
