Abstract

After the examination of 7,010 samples of feces, from March 1957 to February 12, 1959, it is reported the finding of a coccidium identified as Isospora belli Wenyon, 1923, although it was not possible to ascribe to this coccic1iumthe responsability for the clinic picture of the patient on account of simultaneous association of other intestinal parasites.
