Abstract

A technique was developed for the extraction of larvae of S. stercoralis from liquid stools. Flour mayse was used to make the feces past-like. The comparative study of 129 specimens gives 68 positive results and 61 negative. There was 100% of concordation between the sample with and without flour mayse.
