Abstract
A technic for culture of Trypanosoma cruzi in great volums of liquid media by air bubling was described. Each operation of 7.1 of liquid media produced a mean of 1.2 g of dry Trypanosoma cruzi. The technic can be adapted for greater volums of culture media.
