How to Cite
Abstract
A modified Kolmer complement fixation test using methanolic antigen of T. cruzi prepared according Baracchini et alii, 1966 is described. The related test was adapted for the use of methanolic antigen of T. cruzi, that nowadays is the more practical because of its stability at room temperature, economy, rapid and easy preparation, besides its good especificity and sensibility. The principal aim of the authors is just to give the possibility of any laboratory, to work on Chagas' disease serology using a simple and good technique.
