Abstract
A method for detection of light filth, fly eggs and maggots in fruit juices was developed. For passiflora fruit and tamarind juices trap flasks, n2 140 sieves and filtration with white and blue filter papers were used, For grape juice direct filtration was employed. In 76 samples of these juices the examination for sanitary quality was performed. In samples of passiflora fruit and grape juices a few insect fragments were found while in the samples of tamarind juice there were many insect fragmenta besides maggots and eggs.
