Abstract
The micromethod for detection of the hepatitis B virus DNA polymerase activity described by LIN et alii was modified, and a comparative study between this two techniques was performed. Besides, two different kinds of filter paper utilized in the reaction, the GF/C and the AP20, were compared. All the tests showd viable results, although the modified Lin's technique and the filter AP20 showed larger differentials.
