Abstract
É proposta modificação do Método de Turner, para a determinação da rutina em medicamentos, que consiste na substituição do solvente etanol por metariol e introdução da solução de acetato de sódio na reação com cioreto de alumínio. O objetivo é obter uma melhor dissolução da rutina e intensificar a cor amarela do complexo formado, tornando o método mais sensível.
