Abstract

The reticulin antibodies in 40 sera from patients with chronic schistosomiasis were studied by indirect immunofluorescent technique on mouse liver, kidney, stomach, heart and diaphragm cryostat sections. Simultaneously, it was examined 40 sera from patients with positive seroIogicaI tests for Chagas'
disease, and other controIs. In the present investigation no difference was observed, when the sera from patients with Manson's schistosorniasis and sera from patients with Trypanosoma cruzi infection were compared in regarding to their fIuorescent pattern.
