Abstract

Flies (Drosophila melanogaster) were reared on banana-agar medium with five different concentrations of dicofol pesticide very large used in paulista citrus. Gas chromatograph with eletron capture detector its possible to quantify residues of the chemical in all samples of larvae and imagines examined. Results found suggest an accumulation of dicofol during the development of the flies.
