Resumo
As infecções oportunísticas em pacientes comAIDS representam a principal complicação desta síndrome. As micoses, por sua vez, têm sempre estado presentes como uma manifestação relevante. A criptococose, a histoplasmose e as dermatofitoses zoofílicas são discutidas, em seus aspectos gerais, destacando-se o caráter zoonótico destas doenças.
