Abstract

A marked difference was found between packaging with polypropylene film on one side and surgical-grade paper on the other side, and polyamide packaging on both sides. The retained was lower in endotracheal tubes of rubber wrapped with polypropylene film packaging on one side and surgical-grade paper on the other side. The level determined was not significant in endotracheal tubes of ethylene chlrohydrin an ethylene glycol residual, as with using packaging of surgical-grade paper-plastic combinations with polypropylene, polypropylene and polyamide films.
