Abstract

Thin-Iayer chromatography was employed for determining the amount of aflatoxin B, in 50 samples of peanut paste and peanut sweet bars for sale in various places of the state of São Paulo. The levels determined rangedfrom 10 to 278 mgv'kg and are presented in tables and graphs.
