Abstract
The authors present a study of the reproducibility of the cellulose-acetate eJectrophoresis and the stablishment of the range of normallity for each component by statistical analysis. Comparative analysis were ma de by paper and cellulose-acetate electrophoresis with the same samples.
Reproducibility of the method was considered cxcclent when carefully used.
