Abstract
The author analyses the action of the picric acid, the Potassium bichromate, the acetic acid, the mercuric chlorid in aquous solutions and the alcohol 95° in glycogen fixation of the rabbit liver, which has received intravenous injections of glucosic solutions. Sixty three different fixa tive solutions and the McManus method were used. It was possible to observe that the Potassium bichromate, as the picric acid, is an important ingredient in the fixative solutions of the glycogen liver.
