Resumen
O aumento significativo dos casos de tuberculose multidroga resistentes tem incentivado as pesquisas na busca de novas drogas e esquemas terapêuticos alternativos, que possam rninimizar estes problemas. Compostos sintéticos derivados do ácido isonicotínico foram avaliados em relação a sua atividade in vitro frente a cepa padrão de Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra - ATCC 25177, através da determinação da Concentração Inibitória Mínima (CIM) e Concentração Bactericida Mínima (CBM) pela metodologia da macrodiluição em tubos. Todos os compostos estudados apresentaram atividade antibacteriana in vitro, com valores de CIMs que variaram de 0,062 a 0,250 ug/rnl., Os valores de BM foram, em geral, duas diluições mais altos do que os valores de CIM correspondentes. Os valores e CIMs e CBMs obtidos neste estudo estão próximos daqueles apresentados para a isoniazida, que consideramos como droga padrão.
