Resumo
É descrito um método simples para separação c identificação de cloreto de Colina, e de Cloridrato de Betaína.. quando em mistura em produtos Iarmacêuticos, usando a técnica da cromatografia em papel asce ndente.
Foram estabelecidos os Rf de ambas as substâncias, quer quando em mistura em produtos farmacêuticos, quer separadas, em simples solução aquosa. Conseguiram-se resultados satisfatórios na separação e identificação da Betaina c Colina nas condições e descritas.
