Resumo
As reações hansênicas, constituem importante evento na evolução da hanseníase. Ainda não há um tratamento específico capaz de impedir a ocorrência desses epifenomenos, nem um esquema de tratamento eficaz para todos os casos. É durante esses episódios, que invariavelmente ocorre piora das lesões neurológicas, consequentemente aumento das incapacidades.(Cont.)
