Abstract
Development of analytical methods for pesticide residues determination in food require multiresidues methodology due many active ingredient. The technic mentioned by A.O.A.C. has being used in laboratory of "Instituto Adolfo Lutz. São Paulo" since its firsts researches and occasioned higt expenses turning almost impossible its realization. In order to resolv the problem it was necessary studying a new methodology wich according the requisites: facilite, quickly of execution, reprodutibilite, sensibilite and lower expense. Between the methods studied the most suitable for our necessites it was Steiwandter, H. and it is being used since than. For evaluatin the methodology it was make a comparation with the method of the A.O.A.C. giving satisfatory results.
