Abstract
Childhood leprosy especialy advanced cases, show the problem extent and reflect the intensity exposition to Mycobacterium leprae in determined area. Although not be often, require cures intervention and bring questions about of the activities for the control from this milenar nosology. The authores report a case Borderline Leprosy in child with three years old, contact Lepromatous leprosy (the father), with primary resistant suspect. The child with few weigth to age not showed any BCG scar at the diagnostic, however contact. The histology revealed: "Inflamatory infiltrated difused". The special coloration (Faraco-Fite) revealed a few acid-fast bacilli.
